When can I expect my order?

If you are picking your order up at the store, we can have it ready for you in a few minutes after placing the order. Please select local pickup under the shipping tab when checking out. If having an order shipped, we ship product on Tues, Thurs & Sat.  If you place an order on Sunday, your products will be shipped on Tues. Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to arrive.

 

What do I do if my product comes damaged or if I decided I don't want it?

If any of your product comes in damaged, please take a picture of the item & send to me as soon as possible rustichometreasures@gmail.com. I apologize for any product you receive damaged & will replace that product. Our return policy is 15 days for any item you would like to return. If you are unable to return your product within the 15 day period, please contact me to make arrangements in returning the product. 

 

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping depends on the cost of the total products ordered.

 

How often do you get new products?

We order new product every month. Customers look forward to seeing whats new month to month. Give us a like on our Facebook page. New items are & will be posted on there.

Do you do home parties & vendor shows?

We no longer do home parties & vendor shows.
